Responsibilities include scriptwriting, on-camera presentation, creative concept development, audience and competitor research, hooks and CTA creation, video production collaboration, creative testing, and adapting content based on campaign goals and performance insights. The role supports engagement, trust-building, and app installs through Meta and Google advertising platforms.

Lead video content strategy and production for Lokal Matrimony, including UGC videos, product explainers, promotional reels, scripts, on-camera presentations, and ad creatives. Research audiences and trends, collaborate on shoots and editing, and analyze CTR, CPC, CPA, conversions, and app installs. Develop and optimize creative variations for Meta and Google/YouTube campaigns to improve engagement, user acquisition, and conversions.

Own product strategy and roadmap initiatives across pricing, payments, growth, retention, expansion, and platform strategy. Improve payment success and checkout experiences, design pricing experiments, develop acquisition and retention strategies, strengthen verification and support workflows, and use behavioral analysis and gamification to increase engagement and revenue. Collaborate with design, engineering, analytics, marketing, and business teams to deliver measurable product outcomes.
