Serve as the primary technical contact throughout the customer lifecycle while collaborating with onboarding managers and stakeholders to meet business and technical goals.

Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel B2B SaaS demand generation campaigns across ABM, SEM, social advertising, and webinars. Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams on regional go-to-market strategies. Use HubSpot and CRM platforms to track performance, analyze funnel metrics and ROI, optimize campaigns, conduct A/B tests, and generate qualified leads that accelerate revenue and support global expansion.

Leads full-funnel B2B SaaS growth and demand marketing as an individual contributor. Owns content strategy, SEO, programmatic SEO, conversion optimization, landing pages, A/B testing, lifecycle email, lead nurturing, segmentation, and marketing automation. Partners with product, sales, and engineering teams to translate technical CIAM and security concepts into effective campaigns, improve organic acquisition and conversion, and drive inbound demand, qualified leads, and pipeline growth.

Develop and maintain automated tests for web applications and core systems. Perform API and unit-level testing, maintain regression suites, run tests, triage failures, identify defects, and support debugging. Document test cases, user scenarios, and test artifacts while helping improve QA processes and standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.

Leads customer onboarding and end-to-end implementation of LoginRadius CIAM solutions. Oversees technical integrations, POCs, SDLC support, deployments, issue resolution, documentation, and customer training. Manages and mentors the technical support team, monitors KPIs, improves support processes, gathers customer feedback, and collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Sales. Acts as a CIAM subject matter expert while ensuring customer satisfaction and high-quality technical support delivery.
