Recruit candidates by reviewing resumes, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, advising candidates, and partnering with hiring managers. Gather interview feedback, maintain recruiting and onboarding databases, ensure EEO and employment-law compliance, and support HR projects. The role requires confidentiality, strong communication, organization, multitasking, ATS and Microsoft Office proficiency, and occasional in-person interview attendance.

Serve as primary client contact managing paid media campaigns; analyze performance across ad platforms and analytics, provide data-driven recommendations, collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and recommend growth opportunities to meet client objectives.

Serve as primary client contact for enterprise paid social and digital marketing accounts. Independently manage client strategy, optimize SEM/PPC campaigns across platforms, report KPIs, troubleshoot performance issues, recommend upsell opportunities, mentor teammates, and deliver data-driven, consultative growth strategies.
