Teams at Logical Position

Supports recruiting and HR administration by setting up employee profiles, maintaining onboarding materials, overseeing I-9 compliance, auditing applicant tracking systems, organizing resumes, conducting phone screens, and assisting with recruiting projects and clerical work. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, strong communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, and an understanding of HR and recruiting practices.

Manage SEO strategies and optimization for client accounts, including technical audits, keyword research, content strategy, website migrations, local listings, and performance analysis. Collaborate across teams, provide client recommendations, prioritize workload, and apply emerging SEO and LLM trends. The role requires SEO platform expertise, Google Analytics certification, HTML and Schema Markup knowledge, professional writing skills, and strong communication and organizational abilities.

Serve as primary client contact managing paid media campaigns; analyze performance across ad platforms and analytics, provide data-driven recommendations, collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and recommend growth opportunities to meet client objectives.
