Provides executive and personal support to company leadership through calendar and travel coordination, meeting preparation, follow-ups, confidential information handling, invoice and expense tracking, vendor coordination, document management, and basic company communications. The role also supports LinkedIn updates, administrative systems, records, SOPs, and general business requests while maintaining organization and responsiveness in a remote environment.
