Design, implement, and operationalize security architecture across cloud platforms and engineering teams. Embed security into the SDLC via threat modeling, secure coding, CI/CD controls, vulnerability management, detection, incident response, and compliance with GDPR/ISO 27001. Partner with engineers to harden cloud, identity, networking, secrets, and IaC.

Partner with department leaders and senior stakeholders to own rolling forecasts, budgeting, and monthly actuals vs budget analysis. Produce management and shareholder reporting using Excel and Aleph, monitor SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, bookings, churn), provide variance commentary, and act as financial business partner to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.

Define and evolve the enterprise data architecture and roadmap, set standards for modelling, integration, interoperability and storage, embed governance, lineage, security and compliance, support analytics and AI, provide technical leadership and reviews, evaluate tooling, and drive integration of acquired businesses to reduce fragmentation and technical debt.

Build and ship in-product AI capabilities: integrate LLMs and RAG, design prompting and evaluation, implement MLOps/LLMOps, ensure production reliability, privacy, and compliance, and collaborate with data, platform and product teams to move AI from prototype to production.

Design, build, and maintain the internal data warehouse and scalable data pipelines. Integrate data from multiple sources, develop and maintain Snowflake data models, configure Workato integrations, ensure data quality and performance, make data accessible for reporting and analytics, and contribute to DWH architecture and best practices while collaborating with stakeholders.

Define and deliver AI strategy, architecture, and standards. Design production-ready solutions (retrieval, orchestration, model serving, evaluation). Implement MLOps/LLMOps, governance, compliance (GDPR), and embed AI into products working with product, engineering, data, and platform teams.

Support execution of multi-market B2B marketing campaigns: build and optimize HubSpot landing pages and email workflows, assist content and asset coordination, analyze campaign and website performance, contribute to SEO/GEO and AI search initiatives, and help manage email, web and LinkedIn channel activities.

Manage day-to-day financial administration for Dutch and UK entities: billing, invoices, payment runs, supplier invoice processing, expense review, bank reconciliations, month-end support, balance sheet reconciliations, and process improvements while collaborating with controllers and auditors.
