Supervise the Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets functions, including payment processing, reconciliations, vendor records, capital processes, lease accounting, fixed asset accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting. Provides specialized nursing care to newborns in a 12-bed Level III NICU. Responsibilities include assessing patients, implementing individualized care plans, administering treatments, monitoring condition changes, documenting care, maintaining infection-control standards, coordinating interventions, and educating families. The role requires prior NICU experience, a Montana or compact RN license, BLS certification, and completion of NRP and STABLE certifications after hire. This is a PRN position with variable 12-hour shifts, including nights.

Implements provider orders, evaluates abnormal results, maintains infection control, documents in the EMR, and oversees assistive personnel. Requires a Montana RN or compact license, clinical judgment, strong communication, and at least two years of RN experience in a medical setting.

Performs CT examinations using ACR standards and ALARA principles; prepares patients, reviews orders and medical histories, administers venipuncture, maintains I-STAT competency, communicates procedures and follow-up instructions, documents exams, manages supplies, and reports equipment or safety issues. Requires radiologic technology education, Montana licensure, ARRT radiologic technologist certification, BLS CPR, and CT certification or completion within 18 months.

Provides direct nursing care in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include patient assessment, treatment, care planning, documentation, education, coordination of interventions, infection control, and responding to changing patient conditions. The RN also supports orientation of new staff and cross-trains across nursing areas. This is a PRN position with variable 12-hour shifts and requires Montana RN licensure, BLS certification, and nursing experience preferred.

Performs clinical laboratory testing across multiple hospital locations, evaluates patient test results, monitors quality control, troubleshoots equipment and specimens, documents critical values, maintains accreditation competencies, and supports process improvement. This PRN float role requires travel among Logan Health laboratories in the Flathead Valley and Hi-Line areas, with variable shifts and flexibility to cover staffing needs.

Provides inpatient care for adult hematology and oncology patients on a 7-on/7-off schedule with night call by phone. Responsibilities include daily rounding, patient management, discharges, symptom support, care planning, supportive therapies, coordination with outpatient cancer services, collaboration with oncology and hospitalist teams, and participation in quality initiatives.

Provides hospital-wide nursing leadership as the on-site administrator, coordinating staffing, bed management, admissions, patient flow, and emergency responses. Oversees patient care and administrative operations, makes time-sensitive decisions, mentors and evaluates staff, resolves complaints and incidents, and supports compliance with nursing standards. May provide direct patient care when needed. Requires at least five years of acute inpatient nursing experience and one year of leadership experience.

Performs diagnostic imaging procedures within a Montana limited permit scope under radiologist supervision. Responsibilities include preparing and supporting patients, assisting with examinations, documenting care, reviewing image quality, following safety and exam protocols, monitoring equipment, reporting malfunctions, and maintaining a clean imaging environment. Requires clinical radiologic technology experience, a current Montana limited permit license, radiology procedure experience, and BLS certification.

Provides inpatient hematology and oncology care for adult hospitalized patients, including daily rounding, patient management, discharges, symptom support, care planning, and supportive therapies. Collaborates with oncology physicians, hospitalists, nurses, and outpatient cancer services. Participates in quality initiatives and program development while working a 7-on/7-off schedule with phone-based night call.

Provides comprehensive hematology and oncology care, including approximately 75% oncology and 25% hematology, to patients in the Flathead Valley. Joins a multidisciplinary team, participates in tumor boards, provides hospital consultation call coverage, and may engage in cooperative group and industry clinical trials.

Performs general diagnostic ultrasound and vascular examinations, assists physicians with specialty exams, prepares patients, maintains exam rooms and equipment, enters charges, schedules procedures, documents daily activity, and follows infection-control, safety, privacy, and regulatory requirements. Provides courteous patient communication and collaborates with department staff. This PRN position works variable day-shift hours and may include clerical and driver-related duties.

Provide inpatient and outpatient gastroenterology care at Logan Health Digestive Center in Kalispell, Montana. The role includes diagnosing and treating digestive health conditions, collaborating with advanced practice providers, and delivering clinical excellence in a modern facility. Board eligibility or certification is required. ERCP and EVS training is not mandatory but may be beneficial. This is a full-time, day-shift position with a competitive compensation package and sign-on bonus.

Provide outpatient rheumatology care in a full-time, four-day-per-week practice at Logan Health Medical Center.
