Responsibilities include developing recruiting strategies, sourcing active and passive candidates, building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, advising on market conditions, delivering a strong candidate experience, using recruiting metrics, supporting recruitment campaigns, participating in talent events, and improving talent acquisition processes and technology.

Supervise the Accounts Payable and Fixed Assets functions, including payment processing, reconciliations, vendor records, capital processes, lease accounting, fixed asset accounting, month-end close, and financial reporting. Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate staff while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and process efficiency. Collaborate with accounting, supply chain, leadership, vendors, and stakeholders, and support the organization’s transition to a new financial system.

Processes high-volume invoices, manages the accounts payable mailbox, verifies coding and approvals, reconciles vendor statements, and performs check, ACH, and wire payments. Supports month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, prepaids, and 1099 reporting. Resolves payment inquiries, maintains vendor documentation, reconciles credit card activity, monitors aging reports, and assists with unclaimed property reporting. The role also handles records, mail, supplies, and collaboration with internal departments.

Supports the Billings Clinic health system’s network and voice infrastructure through assessment, design, implementation, maintenance, troubleshooting, security, and optimization. The role collaborates with leadership, clinicians, IT teams, vendors, affiliates, and facilities to resolve connectivity and technology issues, recommend enhancements, maintain documentation, follow change-control procedures, and ensure reliable, secure infrastructure that supports patient care.

Analyzes nursing workforce trends, staffing capacity, labor utilization, turnover, absenteeism, and leave activity. Develops dashboards, reports, workforce forecasts, staffing models, and capacity-planning analyses. Partners with nursing, HR, Finance, Staffing, and Talent Acquisition leaders to identify workforce risks, recommend staffing strategies, improve resource allocation, and support data-driven decisions. Ensures workforce data accuracy and standardizes metrics, reporting methodologies, and analytical processes.
