As a People Business Partner, you'll enhance Lodgify's growth by building people infrastructure, coaching managers, and optimizing performance processes.

Design on-brand visual assets across marketing channels, translate product features into clear visuals and illustrations, evolve and maintain brand consistency, direct AI-generated art, build scalable AI/design workflows and Figma design-system assets, and apply basic motion design using After Effects templates.

Lead data strategy and architecture to deliver Data-as-a-Product: build governance, data cataloging, self-serve models, modern data platform and AI integration; design team structure, up-skill stakeholders, and drive predictive analytics to create measurable P&L impact.
