Independently investigate, evaluate and resolve complex workers' compensation lost-time claims. Determine coverage and compensability, manage reserves, negotiate settlements, coordinate medical/disability and litigation management, work with nurse case managers, manage vendors, ensure jurisdictional compliance (PA), and provide client-facing service and reporting.

Investigate, evaluate and resolve commercial auto and general liability claims, manage reserves, litigation and vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, communicate with clients and stakeholders, and produce claim status and excess reports.

Independently investigate, evaluate and resolve complex workers' compensation claims. Determine coverage, reserves, subrogation, and settlements; manage medical/disability and litigation strategies; work with nurse professionals on return-to-work plans; select and manage vendors; ensure timely payments/denials and jurisdictional compliance; provide client-facing service and clear written/verbal communication.
