Teams at Lodestar Claims & Risk Services, Inc.

Investigates, evaluates, reserves, negotiates, and resolves complex workers’ compensation claims. Determines coverage and compensability, manages benefits, litigation, medical and disability plans, vendors, and subrogation opportunities. Maintains compliance with state laws and case requirements, communicates with clients and stakeholders, supports return-to-work strategies, and provides claims review guidance. Requires New York licensing and significant lost-time workers’ compensation experience.

Independently investigates, evaluates, and resolves complex workers compensation claims. Responsibilities include determining compensability, managing reserves, authorizing benefits, negotiating settlements, coordinating medical and disability management, overseeing litigation and vendors, and ensuring compliance with state laws and company guidelines. The role also supports return-to-work strategies, client reviews, claims communications, and customer service. Pennsylvania jurisdiction experience, claims expertise, licensing, and substantial lost-time workers compensation experience are required or preferred.
