Lead external and executive communications strategy to advance Locus's mission and reputation. Manage website and social channels, draft executive-ready content, support media and crisis communications, coordinate government and stakeholder messaging, run internal communications, plan select events, track outcomes, and hire and manage a communications team and external vendors.

Manage and monitor direct lending and fund management portfolios, produce regular reports and dashboards, perform portfolio reviews, monitor delinquencies and maturities, assist with claims processing, review closing documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance across applicable programs.
