Serve as the onsite owner of Array robotic system performance at a customer site: monitor health, troubleshoot hardware/software, optimize workflows, validate product performance, analyze throughput metrics, provide structured feedback, and act as liaison between customer operations and internal teams to develop SOPs and scale deployments.
