Teams at Locus Robotics

Own and monitor an autonomous robotic fleet at a customer site in Las Vegas. Troubleshoot and repair robots, optimize warehouse workflows, analyze operational performance data, support testing and validation, provide product feedback, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and develop operational procedures. The role requires daily onsite work, physical activity, and occasional schedule adaptability.

Own and support an autonomous robotic fleet at a customer warehouse site. Monitor system health, optimize workflows and operational KPIs, troubleshoot and repair robots, conduct testing and validation, analyze throughput and utilization data, and provide actionable improvements. Serve as the liaison between customer operations and internal teams, contribute to product feedback, and develop standard operating procedures. The role requires daily onsite work, physical activity, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.

Lead the software roadmap and productization of NeuraGrasp robotic grasping technology. Architect and develop production software in Python and/or C++, integrate software with robotic hardware and perception systems, and lead testing, deployment, monitoring, and field activities. Manage and mentor engineers, coordinate cross-functional technical initiatives, establish engineering standards, develop performance and experimentation tooling, and use operational data to improve robotic system reliability and performance.
