Designs, deploys, and governs secure, scalable network and security environments, including switching, routing, wireless, firewalls, NAC, SD-WAN, load balancing, and monitoring. Leads complex infrastructure projects and migrations, provides advanced escalation support, validates security controls, assesses performance and capacity, and recommends improvements. The role also mentors engineers, reviews technical designs, and communicates solutions and project status to clients and nontechnical stakeholders.

Manage client technology projects from kickoff through completion, coordinating sales, engineering, clients, resources, budgets, timelines, documentation, equipment logistics, site surveys, and onsite work. Lead meetings, monitor risks and project health, communicate status, and ensure delivery meets scope and client expectations. The role also coordinates site access requirements, including background checks, fingerprints, badges, and network access. Travel for onsite support may reach 85%.
