Design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise client networks (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, load balancers). Monitor performance, perform upgrades/maintenance, implement security measures, plan capacity, manage vendors, document systems, collaborate with IT teams, and support escalations and occasional after-hours deployments.

Support Account Executives by researching, quoting, and coordinating technology solutions (server, storage, networking, security, managed services). Create detailed customer quotations, process purchase orders, maintain CRM records, resolve order and post-sale issues, and liaise between clients and internal teams to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Provide on-site technical leadership for network deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting across K-12, SLED, and medical clients. Install, configure, and support routing, switching, wireless, and security platforms; create documentation and diagrams; mentor junior staff; participate in after-hours work and on-call support; travel frequently to client sites.
