Build five-year pro forma financials, dashboards, KPIs, and business cases. Identify cost-saving and productivity opportunities, improve processes, and communicate recommendations to senior management.

Serves as the technical bridge between clients and internal teams, managing technical onboarding, reviews, audits, escalations, recommendations, account metrics, and technology improvements. Builds trusted stakeholder relationships, translates complex IT concepts for nontechnical audiences, coordinates technical deliverables, manages expectations, and supports account growth through collaboration with sales, service, and technical teams.
