Design and develop electro-mechanical and electronic products from concept through first production. Own revenue and growth across Eastern Germany by managing existing accounts, developing new business, building customer relationships, engaging architects and consultants, delivering product trainings, supporting launches, managing the sales cycle, and maintaining a structured pipeline. The role involves field visits, technical stakeholder engagement, market insight reporting, and close collaboration with inside sales and the Head of Sales Germany.

Owns the end-to-end go-to-market and product launch process for technical B2B products. Coordinates launch planning, milestones, deliverables, and NPI meetings; manages internal product communications; trains sales teams and partners; supports marketing content development; collaborates with Product Management; maintains accurate product information; and develops customer-focused value propositions by translating technical features into clear benefits.
