Designs and improves electromechanical and electronic products from concept through first production. Responsibilities include brainstorming, 3D CAD design, prototyping, simulation, testing, refinement, and collaboration with manufacturers and production teams on DFM and DFA. The role owns technical product development, coordinates subprojects, supports quality and innovation, and coaches fellow design engineers while working closely with Product Management and R&D.

Manage and grow an assigned territory and customer portfolio through relationship building, proactive outreach, quotations, order processing, and timely follow-up. Support distributors, contractors, dealers, fabricators, and end users while maintaining CRM records and sales queues. Partner with regional sales managers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, promote products, develop opportunities, and improve sales execution.

Own revenue growth across Central France, Paris, and Île-de-France. Develop existing customer relationships, open new accounts, manage the full sales cycle, build a structured pipeline, and engage architects, specifiers, distributors, and installers on projects. The role requires significant field travel, technical solution selling, market insight sharing, and close collaboration with French-speaking colleagues and the Belgian inside sales team.
