Develops and executes multimedia advertising plans across streaming TV, digital video, display, audio, and mobile channels. Manages campaign setup, order entry, inventory forecasting, data accuracy, and campaign updates. Collaborates with account and client success teams to create data-driven proposals, evaluate client KPIs, and optimize channel strategies. Maintains expertise in advertising products, pricing, planning platforms, DSPs, and CRM systems while improving workflows and identifying campaign insights.

Execute digital media campaigns end to end across ad servers and DSPs, including trafficking, QA, activation, optimization, pacing, tracking, troubleshooting, and post-campaign reporting. Manage creative assets, pixels, tags, targeting, budgets, and vendor integrations while monitoring performance and improving campaign KPIs. Partner with sales, account management, client services, publishers, vendors, and offshore teams to ensure accurate delivery and clear communication. Develop scalable campaign processes, QA checklists, and operational workflows.

Supervises campaign planning specialists, oversees media plans and RFP responses, ensures campaign accuracy and delivery, manages workloads and performance, and resolves operational issues. The role partners with Sales, Client Success, and Analytics to improve proposals, optimize campaigns, maintain platform accuracy, monitor KPIs and budgets, and standardize planning workflows.
