Six-month Sales Development Representative internship supporting business development, lead generation, client meetings, digital strategy, pipeline reporting, CRM maintenance, forecasting, and client relationship activities. The role offers hands-on experience in digital advertising sales while collaborating with sales, account management, and trading teams. Fluency in Italian and working proficiency in English are required.

Develop new business and manage client relationships across the New York territory. The Sales Manager will prospect agencies and brands, lead the full sales cycle from generation through renewal, meet sales quotas, negotiate agreements, maintain Salesforce and pipeline forecasts, and collaborate with account management and trading teams to drive upsells and client retention.

Lead analytics and reporting for Sales Enablement by analyzing campaign, product adoption, customer, and seller-performance data. Build dashboards, recurring reports, executive presentations, and KPI frameworks; respond to ad hoc requests; improve data accuracy; automate manual workflows; and translate business questions into actionable recommendations. Partner with Data Science, Product, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to scale analytics capabilities.
