Manage quilt pattern, kit, and sample development from designer submissions through commercial release. Responsibilities include coordinating designers and sewing contractors, calculating yardage, writing and illustrating instructions, proofing files, supporting merchandising and creative teams, managing contracts and deadlines, building products in NetSuite, coordinating warehouse materials, and answering customer questions. The role requires strong quilting and sewing expertise, Adobe Illustrator proficiency, pattern development experience, and excellent organizational skills.
