Designs seasonal hand-knitting and crochet collections from concept through finished samples. Responsibilities include writing, grading, charting, editing, and proofing patterns; collaborating with sample makers; supporting photography and product development; creating social and educational content; reviewing website and marketing materials; answering pattern questions; and maintaining yarn labels. The role requires strong knowledge of yarns, garment construction, knitting, crochet, inclusive sizing, and design communication.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, board and private equity reporting, financial modeling, KPI frameworks, M&A scenario analysis, corporate strategy, and P&L optimization across a multi-brand portfolio. Partners with executive leadership on capital allocation and builds a high-performing FP&A team.
