Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to enterprise lending clients. Design scalable solutions involving APIs, SaaS integrations, and multiple LoanPro products; create architecture documentation and Statements of Work; support customer success, sales, upsells, and professional services. Lead executive and technical discussions, identify process improvements and revenue opportunities, mentor internal teams, and guide product and implementation strategy.

Manage inbound support requests for enterprise SaaS clients, resolve software configuration issues, provide technical solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships. Lead pre-sales discovery, enterprise software demonstrations, ROI and value-case development, solution mapping, and technical architecture discussions for lending technology prospects. Partner with account executives on deal strategy, pricing, forecasting, and presentations while collaborating with implementation, product, marketing, sales enablement, and revenue operations teams. Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and technical evaluators and translate LoanPro’s API-first lending platform into measurable business value.

Lead enterprise fintech sales engagements by uncovering business needs, building ROI models, designing technical integrations, and delivering visionary software demonstrations. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive and technical stakeholders, support complex lending-platform deals, create discovery and go-to-market materials, and provide feedback to Product and Marketing. The role requires deep knowledge of SaaS, API-first architecture, cloud infrastructure, and financial services workflows.

Lead technical success for partnership clients and escalated enterprise accounts. Serve as the primary technical contact, design complex platform solutions, manage short-term rescue projects, troubleshoot integrations, document architectures, identify expansion opportunities, advocate for partner needs with Product and Engineering, and mentor the Success team. The role requires onsite collaboration during training, followed by a hybrid schedule.
