Teams at LoanPro

Serve as a technical and strategic advisor to enterprise lending clients. Design scalable solutions involving APIs, SaaS integrations, and multiple LoanPro products; create architecture documentation and Statements of Work; support customer success, sales, upsells, and professional services. Lead executive and technical discussions, identify process improvements and revenue opportunities, mentor internal teams, and guide product and implementation strategy.

Manage inbound support requests for enterprise SaaS clients, resolve software configuration issues, provide technical solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships. Serve as the primary enterprise client contact, coordinate with Customer Success Managers and Implementation Engineers, document configurations, train clients and support staff, oversee delegated work, identify growth opportunities, and communicate solutions within required response times.

Serve as a technical, customer-facing subject-matter expert supporting Customer Success Managers through implementation, integrations, solution design, and ongoing platform adoption. Gather technical requirements, create architecture and integration documentation, advise on best practices, collaborate with product and engineering, and drive customer advocacy and upsell opportunities while improving internal processes and tools.
