Serve as a technical, customer-facing subject-matter expert supporting Customer Success Managers through implementation, integrations, solution design, and ongoing platform adoption. Gather technical requirements, create architecture and integration documentation, advise on best practices, collaborate with product and engineering, and drive customer advocacy and upsell opportunities while improving internal processes and tools.

Lead customer relationships for LoanPro, ensuring customer success, retention, and revenue growth. Provide technical support, deliver training and QBRs, collect and analyze feedback, identify upsell opportunities, monitor customer health metrics, manage escalations, and develop scalable customer success processes.

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for selling LoanPro's loan management software, driving revenue growth, and building client relationships in the financial services sector.
