Design and run a tech-touch account management program for high-volume SaaS accounts. Own adoption, health monitoring, renewals, and expansion using automation, CRM workflows, dashboards, and data-driven playbooks. Build SOPs, escalation paths, and reports while partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing to reduce churn and drive NRR.
