This is a term-time apprenticeship with online training and nursery placement.

The apprentice will also assist with pupil welfare and first aid duties, liaise with parents and external agencies, support school administration projects, and help keep the office and entrance organized.

Supports teachers and students through classroom assistance, resource preparation, learning interventions, SEND support, emotional wellbeing activities, exam access support, and student supervision. The apprentice will monitor progress, assist with literacy and homework sessions, support school activities and trips, attend staff training, and help maintain an inclusive learning environment. A Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship qualification is provided, with potential full-time employment after completion.

Support teachers and pupils aged 11–19 with complex learning difficulties in a SEND school environment. Provide tailored classroom, personal care, mobility, communication, emotional, and behavioural support; assist with lessons and learning programmes; monitor progress; prepare resources; promote independence and safeguarding; and collaborate with families, teachers, and external professionals.

Provide safe, high-quality care and stimulating play experiences for young children under the EYFS curriculum. Support children’s individual needs, maintain nursery safety and hygiene standards, collaborate with parents and carers, uphold confidentiality and equal opportunities, and contribute to the wider nursery team. This 19-month Level 3 apprenticeship combines online learning with practical nursery placement experience.

Supports HR administration across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, benefits, learning and development, employee engagement, staff forums, and reporting. Coordinates interviews, offers, pre-employment checks, training, employee queries, and HR events while maintaining accurate records and confidential data. This 18-month apprenticeship includes online learning toward a Level 3 HR Support Qualification.

Supports teachers and pupils with severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning difficulties, autism, and other additional needs. Responsibilities include adapting learning activities, assisting with lessons, providing individual and group support, encouraging communication and independence, monitoring progress, maintaining records, preparing resources, liaising with families and specialists, and supporting safeguarding, wellbeing, personal care, and inclusion.

Supports school reception, administration, attendance, safeguarding, finance, records, communications, and visitor management across two school sites. The apprentice serves as a first point of contact for parents, pupils, visitors, and staff; maintains accurate information systems, handles confidential data and payments, produces reports, and follows safeguarding and school policies. The role includes online learning toward a Level 3 School Business Administration qualification over an expected 16-month apprenticeship.

Support employee benefits communication campaigns by creating content for platforms, intranet pages, emails, newsletters, presentations, and guides. Assist with enrolment and launch campaigns, maintain communication channels, coordinate with providers and partners, monitor engagement, and support events and webinars. The apprenticeship includes structured training toward a Level 3 Business Administration qualification and exposure to employee benefits, wellbeing, HR, and marketing.

Support SEND pupils in classroom settings under teacher direction. Provide one-to-one and small-group assistance, reinforce learning, implement behavior plans and Individual Education Plans, encourage inclusion, supervise activities, maintain learning resources, and assist with classroom organization. The role may involve physical restraint and intervention using TEAM-TEACH methods. The apprenticeship includes Level 3 Teaching Assistant SEND pathway training over 16 months.

Supports teachers and specialist staff with classroom activities, learning programmes, pupil supervision, educational visits, and care needs. Plans and delivers learning activities, provides feedback on pupils’ educational, emotional, and physical needs, and helps maintain a safe environment. The apprentice also provides basic administrative support, develops behaviour-management and classroom skills, and completes a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship with tutor support.

Supports teachers and pupils in Reception, Year 1, and Year 2 classrooms while completing a Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship. Responsibilities include implementing learning and care programs, supervising groups, supporting planning and assessment, providing pastoral care and safeguarding, assisting with classroom management, supporting inclusive learning, and contributing to children’s development and progress. The role also involves working collaboratively with teachers, colleagues, and parents.

Manage daily hotel operations across front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping. Serve as manager on duty, enforce service standards and policies, oversee staff rotas and training, monitor budgets and costs, complete financial reporting, improve guest satisfaction, ensure health and safety compliance, and support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.

Support Key Stage 3 and 4 students with learning, emotional, and behavioral needs in an alternative education setting. Assist tutors with curriculum delivery, behavior management, educational reporting, attendance records, reintegration following exclusion, and preventative support for vulnerable pupils. Work with schools, parents, agencies, and young people while completing a Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant apprenticeship and qualification.
