Entry-level HR apprentice supporting recruitment, onboarding, employment documentation, payroll changes, absence records, personnel files, HR systems, and general administration. The role involves confidential data handling, safeguarding, DBS and pre-employment checks, meeting minutes, reception support, and communication with staff and stakeholders. The successful candidate will complete a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship while gaining practical experience across core HR functions in a school environment.

Supports primary school pupils, especially those with special educational needs and disabilities, through classroom activities, individualized learning, wellbeing support, inclusion, and personal care. Works under teacher and SEN coordinator guidance while completing a Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship, coursework, and training. The role requires compassion, reliability, teamwork, organization, and a willingness to learn, with potential progression to permanent education employment.

Support young children's learning and development through play, planned activities, daily care routines, and supervision. Help children build social, emotional, language, and physical skills while maintaining safety, hygiene, safeguarding, and confidentiality standards. Observe progress, report concerns, support children with additional needs, prepare learning resources, and build positive relationships with parents and carers. This is a term-time apprenticeship with online training and nursery placement.
