Serve as primary contact for new oncology patients; coordinate care from diagnosis through survivorship, manage patient flow and triage, schedule diagnostics and treatment, ensure billing compliance, provide disease/drug education, coordinate tumor boards and survivorship planning, participate in quality improvement and community outreach.

Provide direct nursing care in an OBGYN clinic: assess patients, develop and implement care plans, coordinate discharge planning, document and communicate with the care team, apply evidence-based practices and safety processes, and participate in quality improvement and professional development.

Provides direct patient nursing care in hospital and clinic settings, coordinating care, developing therapeutic relationships, implementing and monitoring care plans, communicating with the clinical team, performing discharge planning, applying evidence-based practices and safety standards, and participating in professional development and unit processes.

Review patient medical records to ensure accurate HCC coding and documentation, manage provider queries, support audits and quality initiatives, analyze performance data, educate staff, and use coding software to ensure Medicare/Medicaid compliance.

Performs cardiac, vascular, and general diagnostic ultrasound exams; prepares and operates imaging equipment; explains procedures, maintains records and equipment, and ensures patient safety and confidentiality. Adheres to licensure, protocols, and assists physicians and radiologists as needed.

Provide patient-focused CT imaging: prepare and operate CT scanners, position patients, administer contrast and IVs, assist radiologists with procedures, maintain equipment and records, ensure radiation safety and protocol compliance.

Performs cardiac ultrasound exams, operates and maintains imaging equipment, collects and documents diagnostic data for cardiologist review, explains procedures to patients, and adheres to state scope of practice, protocols, and confidentiality. Maintains required certifications and generates exam charges in the imaging system. Acts as patient advocate and supports imaging services as assigned.

Provide direct nursing care in Diagnostic Radiology per policies and regulations. Coordinate patient care, communicate with clinical teams, develop care and discharge plans, apply evidence-based practices, ensure patient/family-centered care and safety, participate in professional development, and perform assigned nursing duties within scope.

Provide direct, patient-centered medication management in an outpatient/inpatient continuum: verify and dispense orders, prepare compounded medications, respond to medication information requests, obtain med histories and reconciliations, recommend therapeutic interventions, monitor medications and labs, participate in codes and committees, supervise technicians and interns, and precept pharmacy students and residents.

Perform CT imaging exams with attention to patient care and radiation safety. Operate CT scanners and power injectors, position patients, assist radiologists with procedures, start IVs, maintain equipment and records, generate exam charges, and maintain required licensure and certifications.

Provide direct nursing care and coordinate patient-centered orthopedic care, assess histories and conditions, develop care and discharge plans, document and communicate with the clinical team, apply evidence-based practices and safety processes, and participate in professional development and unit initiatives.

Provide patient-centered CT imaging: prepare and operate CT scanners, position patients, administer IV contrast, assist radiologists with procedures, maintain equipment and records, and follow radiation safety and licensure requirements.

Provide direct obstetrics nursing care: assess patients, coordinate and document care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary team, support discharge planning, apply evidence-based practices, and maintain professionalism and regulatory compliance.
