Provides direct nursing care in an operating room setting, coordinates patient-centered care, communicates with interdisciplinary teams, supports discharge planning, documents patient conditions, and follows clinical, safety, regulatory, and evidence-based nursing practices.

Leads hospital quality, regulatory readiness, accreditation, public reporting, and pay-for-performance programs. Oversees CMS, MIPS, Joint Commission, and other quality requirements; analyzes performance data; identifies compliance gaps; directs improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma and related methodologies; collaborates with IT, analytics, and clinical stakeholders; supervises quality staff; and promotes patient safety, high reliability, and organizational performance excellence.

Manages clinical integration, EMR adoption, provider workflow optimization, and physician satisfaction initiatives. Oversees informatics and EMR adoption teams, coordinates provider onboarding and support, collaborates with IT and analyst teams on Cerner optimization, supports coding and workflow improvements, manages escalations, maintains documentation, and delivers provider training.
