Partners with the Compensation Team to develop and administer compensation programs. Evaluates and market-prices positions using external data and internal structures, recommends pay grades, supports job evaluations and FLSA determinations, and advises leaders on compensation matters. Administers policies, incentive plans, annual review processes, and compensation education. Conducts research and contributes to compensation projects, surveys, and program improvements.

Lead enterprise sales planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting to translate strategy into demand, sales, margin, and profit plans. Deliver executive-level performance insights and recommendations, manage reporting platforms, and prepare board-level materials. Partner cross-functionally with channel, marketing, and supply chain teams, run the planning calendar, and coach a finance team to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision support for profitable growth.

Supports product designers across equipment, travel, and hunting/fishing categories. Responsibilities include developing seasonal color palettes, concept boards, trend presentations, visual line plans, fabric and trim libraries, surface patterns, print and packaging graphics, and color cards. The role manages design-related tools and systems, coordinates with mills and cross-functional partners, assists with meetings and fit sessions, and conducts market research. The position is preferred onsite two to four days per week in Freeport, Maine.
