Supports art direction and creative production for web, social, and advertising content. Responsibilities include concepting, filming, and editing video; collaborating with merchants, designers, marketing partners, and photo operations; contributing to campaign planning; managing projects, schedules, and expenses; and applying strong visual judgment to brand and editorial communications. The role is temporary, entry-level, and requires working onsite at the Freeport, Maine headquarters four to five days per week.

Leads stock room, cash wrap, service hub, merchandise handling, shipment processing, returns, transfers, and omni-channel operations. Coaches and develops retail associates, assigns daily tasks, supports staffing and scheduling, maintains safety and loss prevention standards, manages cash office procedures, and serves as key holder and Leader on Duty. Supports sales, service, financial metrics, payroll, hiring, and peak-season readiness.

Designs, develops, configures, tests and supports SAP solutions (primarily ABAP/SAP ECC). Leads technical design, integration, vendor collaboration, full lifecycle testing, production support, and mentors junior staff. Provides on-call support and ensures compliance with security and development standards.
