Leads Living Goods’ product strategy, roadmap, discovery, analytics, and applied AI capabilities. Builds the product management function from the ground up, establishes evidence-based product practices, oversees AI feature development and quality, and manages and coaches the product team. The role partners with engineers, health workers, government stakeholders, innovators, and donors to deliver affordable digital health products for resource-constrained settings.

Provides independent technical assurance for digital health system architectures. Reviews technology stacks, infrastructure, integrations, scalability, performance, security, privacy, interoperability, and sustainability against requirements and health standards. Monitors implementation adherence, identifies architectural risks and deviations, evaluates design changes, and recommends mitigations. Supports technical governance, architecture approvals, and stakeholder decision-making while coordinating with product, project, cybersecurity, quality, and data teams.

Oversee and coordinate digital health systems implementation, maintaining project plans, budgets, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, track actions, prepare progress reports and dashboards, and coordinate government, vendor, and development partners. Support data-sharing agreements and inter-agency arrangements while escalating blockers and ensuring projects remain on track.

Designs, develops, tests, deploys, and maintains secure, scalable digital health software. Builds HL7 FHIR and registry integrations, optimizes databases and data pipelines, implements automated testing and CI/CD, supports production systems, documents technical solutions, and collaborates with architecture, product, QA, cybersecurity, and technology partners.

Supports the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of innovation pilots strengthening community health systems. Coordinates global and country teams, facilitates human-centered design and stakeholder engagement, gathers field feedback, documents learning, and supports scaling successful solutions. The role contributes to digital health, data, and AI-enabled initiatives, program integration, knowledge management, adaptive management, and capacity building with government and partner organizations.

Owns Business Development operations systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM deployment, data governance, reporting, workflow improvement, and project management tools. Leads user testing, migration, training, adoption, and post-launch optimization. Produces fundraising dashboards and Board reports, tracks proposals and deadlines, supports gift reconciliation, coordinates cross-functional processes with Finance and Programs, and manages the Business Development Operations Associate.

The Innovations Officer coordinates the design, implementation, monitoring, and adaptation of innovation pilots within Living Goods’ technical assistance model. Responsibilities include facilitating human-centered design, supporting digital health and AI-enabled solutions, tracking pilot milestones, gathering field feedback, documenting learning, engaging government and research partners, and helping integrate successful innovations into program tools and training. The role also contributes to knowledge management, capacity building, responsible data use, budgeting, and evidence-informed program improvement.

Build and scale a major gifts fundraising program generating over $5 million annually. Manage high-capacity donor portfolios, cultivate relationships, secure six- and seven-figure gifts, develop solicitation and stewardship plans, and create exceptional donor engagement experiences. Partner with executives and program leaders to align donor interests with organizational priorities, expand philanthropic networks, and communicate Living Goods’ global health impact to philanthropists and family foundations.

Own and grow a portfolio of U.S. foundation and corporate funders, securing multi-year philanthropic investments for Living Goods. Lead donor relationships, technical conversations, proposal development, budgets, due diligence, grant negotiations, reporting, and pipeline forecasting. Coordinate cross-functional teams across programs, finance, compliance, communications, and international operations while supporting executive funder engagement and contributing to U.S. market strategy.

Leads Living Goods' technology, product, data, AI, engineering, cybersecurity, and digital health strategy. Oversees product portfolios, architecture, delivery, responsible AI governance, technology investments, and multinational teams. Partners with governments, donors, and technology organizations to strengthen community health information systems, align solutions with national standards, and transition platforms into sustainable government ownership.

Leads Living Goods’ global health program portfolio, setting strategy, overseeing multi-country delivery, managing evidence and insights, guiding innovation, and enabling geographic expansion. The role connects program needs with digital health and data technology, oversees performance frameworks, supports fundraising and donor delivery, and develops high-performing global teams. It requires extensive leadership experience in global health or international development, particularly across sub-Saharan Africa, with significant travel.
