Lead country-level implementation of a multi-year donor-funded community health project in Tanzania. Plan and execute workplans, budgets, and digital health integration; coordinate consortium partners and government stakeholders; monitor performance and use data for adaptive management; ensure donor compliance, grant stewardship, and procurement/financial controls; represent Living Goods in government forums and technical groups to strengthen sustainability and government ownership.

Lead country-level implementation of a multi-year donor-funded community health project in Malawi. Manage planning, budgets, partner coordination, government engagement, digital health adoption, performance monitoring, grant compliance, and risk mitigation. Serve as Living Goods' primary in-country representative, drive data-informed decisions, strengthen government ownership, and ensure delivery of project milestones and donor reporting.

Lead development and scale a major gifts program, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding high-capacity donors and family foundations to secure six- and seven-figure philanthropic investments. Manage a portfolio, build strategy with leadership, design donor engagement and stewardship, coordinate meetings and site visits, and represent the organization externally. Travel up to 25% for donor engagement and program visits.
