Teams at Living Goods

Own the technical direction and delivery of a digital health platform product area. Lead two to four engineers while remaining hands-on, developing an offline-first Android application, FHIR-based Kotlin and Spring Boot services, and Node.js/TypeScript systems. Responsibilities include architecture, coding, code review, mentoring, data integrity, security, CI/CD, integrations, production support, stakeholder collaboration, and maintaining software across multiple countries.

Owns Business Development operations systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM deployment, data governance, reporting, workflow improvement, and project management tools. Leads user testing, migration, training, adoption, and post-launch optimization. Produces fundraising dashboards and Board reports, tracks proposals and deadlines, supports gift reconciliation, coordinates cross-functional processes with Finance and Programs, and manages the Business Development Operations Associate.

The Innovations Officer coordinates the design, implementation, monitoring, and adaptation of innovation pilots within Living Goods’ technical assistance model. Responsibilities include facilitating human-centered design, supporting digital health and AI-enabled solutions, tracking pilot milestones, gathering field feedback, documenting learning, engaging government and research partners, and helping integrate successful innovations into program tools and training. The role also contributes to knowledge management, capacity building, responsible data use, budgeting, and evidence-informed program improvement.
