Teams at Live Events

Creates and manages social, video, and photographic content for Pyrotecnico and Live Events. Produces show recaps, case studies, social videos, and client deliverables through end-to-end planning, shooting, editing, and delivery. Captures live events using ground, aerial, and FPV drones, manages equipment and media assets, supports content strategy and client planning, and helps develop content packages, pricing, workflows, and freelance production capabilities. Travel is required up to 75%, including nights, weekends, holidays, and outdoor event conditions.

Manages live event production projects from launch through closeout, coordinating scope, staffing, schedules, technical documentation, equipment, warehouse handoffs, vendors, clients, and post-event reporting. The role bridges sales and operations, supports concerts, festivals, corporate events, and sports productions, and requires familiarity with audio, lighting, video, and rigging systems. Travel up to 20% and occasional evening or weekend work are required.

Designs creative, synchronized fireworks displays for major events using Finale3D. Develops firing plans, site layouts, product lists, and show concepts while balancing artistic goals, budgets, product availability, logistics, and safety requirements. Collaborates with sales, production, and field teams to deliver compliant live productions. The role requires occasional travel, evening or weekend availability during peak seasons, and adherence to NFPA standards, ATF regulations, and company safety protocols.
