Support on-site content capture and digital marketing across hotels, resorts, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Create and schedule social media, write captions and blog/website content, edit photos and light video, use Canva and reporting tools, maintain content calendars and asset organization, and assist marketing team during events and campaigns.

Greet and assist guests, handle reservations and check-ins/outs, issue keys and information, process payments, arrange transportation, maintain front desk/lobby appearance, run reports, and perform other duties to support hotel operations.

Lead and manage front-of-house operations including hiring, training, scheduling, guest service, cash handling, inventory and cost control, compliance with health and liquor regulations, and use of POS and hospitality software to meet financial and service targets.
