Supervise front desk operations including reservations, guest check-in/out, billing, transportation arrangements, guest inquiries, front desk/lobby upkeep, report running, and maintaining guest confidentiality and property standards.

Manage Tin Lizzie's player development and player's club operations, including staff training, compliance, promotions, direct marketing to high-value players, and coordination with slot floor and marketing managers. Provide hands-on clubhouse management and contribute to slot marketing and event execution.

Greet and check in/out guests, make reservations, issue keys, handle payments and reports, provide local information, arrange transportation, maintain front desk cleanliness, and perform related duties.
