Lead FP&A for a multi-site early education business: own budgeting, forecasting, center-level P&L, labor and enrollment models, cash forecasting, KPI/dashboarding, systems integration (D365/Procare/BI), and develop a high-performing FP&A team to drive financial performance and decision-making.

Lead and supervise after-school program for children ages 5–8, ensuring safety, developmentally appropriate activities, homework support, behavior guidance, family communication, documentation, and compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations.

Lead a safe, nurturing preschool classroom using developmentally appropriate and sustainability-focused curriculum. Supervise children, design lesson plans, document developmental observations, engage families, coach assistants, maintain certifications and safety protocols, and participate in professional development and community events.

Provide safe, nurturing, developmentally appropriate classroom instruction using Sustainable Education principles. Design and implement lesson plans, supervise and document child development, maintain eco-minded classroom routines, engage families, complete required training and certifications, and coach assistant staff while meeting safety and quality KPIs.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for early childhood education roles: partner with hiring managers, source candidates, run screens and interviews, own onboarding through 90 days, maintain ATS data, report pipeline analytics, and improve recruitment marketing and retention.

Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate, sustainability-focused lesson plans; supervise and support children during activities and transitions; maintain a safe, eco-minded classroom; engage families; document child development; mentor assistant teachers and participate in ongoing professional learning to meet classroom quality and safety KPIs.

Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for early childhood roles: partner with hiring managers, source candidates, conduct screens, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, deliver recruitment marketing, and drive new-hire engagement through the first 90 days.
