Support classroom instruction and supervision for children ages 0-5 by implementing developmentally appropriate, sustainability-focused lessons, maintaining a safe organized learning environment, documenting child progress, engaging families, and participating in ongoing professional development and team collaboration. Serve as mandated reporter and model eco-minded classroom routines.

Provide safe, nurturing early childhood education using Sustainable Education® principles. Design and lead lesson plans, supervise children, maintain eco-minded classrooms, engage families, coach assistant teachers, complete trainings, and ensure compliance with EEC regulations and safety protocols.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for early childhood centers: partner with managers, source candidates, run screens and interviews, maintain ATS, deliver recruitment marketing, track analytics, and ensure a strong first-90-day new-hire experience.

Provide operational HR support including personnel administration, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS maintenance, employment/unemployment verifications, weekly payroll submissions, benefits administration, employee communications, event support, reporting, and general clerical and special project support.

Lead daily operations of a childcare center, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, manage budgets and enrollment growth, recruit/train and supervise staff, engage families, host events, and drive quality and financial KPIs.

Support classroom instruction and child supervision in an eco‑minded early learning environment. Implement lesson plans, maintain safety and documentation, engage families, complete required trainings, coach assistant teachers, and model sustainable education practices.

Lead FP&A for a multi-site early education business: own budgeting, forecasting, center-level P&L, labor and enrollment models, cash forecasting, KPI/dashboarding, systems integration (D365/Procare/BI), and develop a high-performing FP&A team to drive financial performance and decision-making.

Lead a safe, nurturing preschool classroom using developmentally appropriate and sustainability-focused curriculum. Supervise children, design lesson plans, document developmental observations, engage families, coach assistants, maintain certifications and safety protocols, and participate in professional development and community events.
