Provides operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, including personnel transactions, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS maintenance, employment verification, unemployment requests, payroll submissions, benefits administration, employee communications, reporting, events, and HR projects. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms, preferably Paylocity.

Leads developmentally appropriate classroom learning for children ages 0–5, creates safe and sustainable learning environments, supervises children, documents development, communicates with families, mentors assistant teachers, and participates in training and school sustainability initiatives.

Supports school leadership, classroom operations, child supervision, curriculum implementation, family communication, staff coaching, compliance, licensing, enrollment, staffing, and safety standards. The role assists teachers, documents child development, maintains a nurturing and compliant environment, supports professional development, and acts as management representative when the School Director is absent.
