Supervise elementary-aged children in an after-school program, maintain safety and attendance, lead developmentally appropriate activities, support homework and social-emotional growth, communicate with families, complete required documentation, and comply with Massachusetts EEC regulations. The role also includes snack preparation, classroom maintenance, transitions, incident response, and collaboration with teachers and site leadership.

Supports preschool classroom operations, child supervision, curriculum implementation, family communication, staff coordination, compliance, safety, and school leadership. Assists with hiring, training, scheduling, performance feedback, enrollment support, licensing standards, and operational metrics. Requires EEC Director II certification and experience working with young children. The role combines administrative leadership with active classroom participation in a dynamic early childhood education environment.

Provides operational and administrative support to the Human Resources department, including personnel transactions, onboarding and offboarding, HRIS maintenance, employment verification, unemployment requests, payroll submissions, benefits administration, employee communications, reporting, events, and HR projects. The role requires strong organization, confidentiality, customer service, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS platforms, preferably Paylocity.
