Leads and manages USDA NIFA Extension and Education Equity grants, ensuring compliance with approved goals, budgets, timelines, reporting requirements, and federal regulations. Supervises grant-funded staff, coordinates educational outreach and community partnerships, monitors expenditures and performance outcomes, maintains audit-ready records, and prepares required reports. The role also supports grant applications, modifications, closeout, sustainability planning, and stakeholder communications.

Develop and execute recruitment plans to attract prospective students, run outreach events and campus visits, maintain prospective student database and follow-up communications, coordinate with college staff and community partners, and report on recruitment activities.

Provide administrative support to the Dean of Academics, VP of Academic Affairs, faculty, and students. Tasks include correspondence, scheduling, record maintenance, event coordination, website/database updates, reporting, scanning/filing, travel coordination, and supporting faculty evaluations and departmental administrative functions.
