Manage and grow warm business relationships for a climate-focused video production company. Develop new accounts, understand client communication goals, initiate creative briefs, and hand projects to project managers. Sell video production services for events and international conferences, contribute to strategic direction, and nurture referrals and inbound opportunities. The role is fully remote within the UK, with potential for extensive international travel.

Lead technical discovery and define cloud-native architecture for commercial insurance underwriting and policy systems. Design and prototype AWS serverless solutions using Lambda, Step Functions, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and AWS CDK. Develop infrastructure as code, modernize integrations toward event-driven architectures, oversee production stability and observability, navigate architecture governance, review code, and coach offshore engineering teams.

Own the firm's finance and portfolio operations as a hands-on, one-person finance function. Responsibilities include fund administration, NAV verification, portfolio monitoring, treasury and cash management, AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, intercompany processes, legal entity administration, KYC/AML coordination, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and portfolio company finance support. The role works directly with the founding partner and external lawyers, auditors, fund administrators, accountants, and banking counterparties across multiple jurisdictions.
