Develops test infrastructure, supports regression and qualification campaigns, investigates root causes, validates corrective actions, and maintains verification evidence. Collaborates across systems, mechanical, electrical, software, and field-support teams while mentoring junior engineers and improving verification processes.

Develop and maintain mission-critical embedded software for autonomous maritime robots operating on extended 90+ day missions. Responsibilities include integrating sensors, actuators, communications, and power systems; implementing fault-tolerant architectures; developing device drivers, middleware, and mission code on ARM-based Linux platforms; building automated testing and CI/CD pipelines; troubleshooting hardware-software interactions; and documenting designs and procedures.

Leads technical documentation for autonomous maritime robotic systems, including operation and maintenance manuals, training materials, procedures, safety notices, and support content. Owns document libraries, version control, archiving, configuration, customer portals, templates, and style guides. Coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, QA, software, and field teams to validate content and align documentation with engineering changes. Audits documentation quality and trains collaborators on document workflows.

Designs and delivers electrical architectures, PCBA solutions, embedded hardware, firmware, power systems, sensors, communications, and navigation subsystems for autonomous ocean robots. Responsibilities include schematic and PCB design, component selection, documentation, testing, integration, trade studies, manufacturing release, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers. The role requires strong Altium experience, embedded systems knowledge, electronics lab testing, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret clearance.

Leads project-level technical execution across customer-funded, research, and product development efforts. Owns technical solutions, baselines, schedules, resources, risks, design reviews, verification, and validation. Coordinates systems, mechanical, electrical, software, test, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and field support teams. Serves as the technical bridge to the PMO and customers, mentors engineers, supports proposals, and ensures deliverables meet scope, quality, cost, and schedule objectives.

Leads technical execution across customer-funded, research, and product development projects. Owns technical solutions, schedules, resources, risks, baselines, design reviews, requirements, verification, and validation.
