Owns end-to-end verification for Wave Glider systems and payloads, including verification planning, requirements traceability, test case and procedure development, manual and automated test execution, data analysis, and compliance reporting. Develops test infrastructure, supports regression and qualification campaigns, investigates root causes, validates corrective actions, and maintains verification evidence. Collaborates across systems, mechanical, electrical, software, and field-support teams while mentoring junior engineers and improving verification processes.

Leads a sustainment engineering team supporting maritime robotic production. Coordinates with manufacturing and quality teams, resolves production and field issues, performs root cause analysis, manages engineering changes and configuration control, approves technical documentation, and validates mechanical, electrical, and software design modifications. Drives design for manufacturability and testability improvements while mentoring engineers and supporting sustainment planning, cost estimates, and schedule development.

Develop and maintain mission-critical embedded software for autonomous maritime robots operating on extended 90+ day missions. Responsibilities include integrating sensors, actuators, communications, and power systems; implementing fault-tolerant architectures; developing device drivers, middleware, and mission code on ARM-based Linux platforms; building automated testing and CI/CD pipelines; troubleshooting hardware-software interactions; and documenting designs and procedures.
