Leads business development and defense sales campaigns for unmanned maritime solutions serving U.S. Department of War customers. Manages accounts, develops customer requirements and CONOPS, leads capture teams and proposals, delivers solution presentations, and advances opportunities through closure. Collaborates with engineering, operations, delivery, Boeing teams, and strategic partners to shape solutions and transition them into successful customer missions.

Designs, validates, and scales manufacturing processes for autonomous marine robots. Responsibilities include NPI, DFM, assembly and test procedures, CAD fixtures, ERP routings, quality documentation, production troubleshooting, technician training, change control, and lean continuous improvement. The role supports electromechanical integration, marine durability, pressure and waterproofing verification, supplier coordination, and compliance with AS9100 and related quality standards.

Owns end-to-end verification for Wave Glider systems and payloads, including verification planning, requirements traceability, test case and procedure development, manual and automated test execution, data analysis, and compliance reporting. Develops test infrastructure, supports regression and qualification campaigns, investigates root causes, validates corrective actions, and maintains verification evidence. Collaborates across systems, mechanical, electrical, software, and field-support teams while mentoring junior engineers and improving verification processes.
