Provides front desk support in a healthcare or senior living facility by greeting visitors, managing calls and mail, directing inquiries, performing administrative tasks, maintaining records, supporting scheduling, and enforcing visitor and confidentiality protocols. Delivers professional customer service to residents, families, visitors, and staff while keeping the reception area organized and escalating concerns appropriately.

Assists with preparing, portioning, serving, and delivering meals to residents or patients, including special diets. Maintains kitchen and dining-area cleanliness, follows food safety and dietary requirements, restocks supplies, interacts courteously with residents and families, and supports cooks and dietary supervisors. Previous experience is not required because on-the-job training is provided.

Administers medications to residents in healthcare, long-term care, or assisted living settings while following physician orders, medication safety protocols, and state regulations. Monitors residents for adverse reactions, assists with activities of daily living, documents care in the EHR, reports changes or errors, follows infection-control procedures, and collaborates with nurses, CNAs, residents, and families.
