Provides direct nursing care to residents under RN or physician supervision. Responsibilities include medication administration, wound care, vital-sign monitoring, personal assistance, care-plan implementation, documentation, infection control, safety compliance, interdisciplinary collaboration, and resident advocacy. Requires an active LPN license, completion of an accredited LPN/LVN program, strong patient-care and communication skills, and EMR proficiency. Previous healthcare or long-term-care experience is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome.

Provides direct nursing care to residents during weekend shifts in long-term care or assisted living settings. Responsibilities include medication administration, treatments, vital-sign monitoring, ADL assistance, emergency response, documentation in EHR systems, resident advocacy, family communication, and collaboration with the nursing and care teams. Requires an active LPN license, graduation from an accredited LPN program, strong clinical skills, and effective communication. Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Provides compassionate direct care to residents in long-term care or assisted living settings. Assists with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, vital signs, monitoring, documentation, safety, infection control, emotional support, and recreational activities. Collaborates with nurses and other healthcare professionals, reports resident changes, and contributes to care planning. Previous healthcare experience is preferred but not required, and new graduates are welcome.
