Provides hands-on care to residents in long-term care or assisted living settings. Assists with daily living activities, mobility, feeding, vital signs, documentation, safety, infection control, emotional support, and recreational activities. Reports changes in condition to nursing staff, collaborates with healthcare professionals, contributes to care planning, and helps transport residents within the facility. Requires active STNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and compassionate communication skills.

Oversee daily nursing home operations, resident care quality, regulatory compliance, staffing, budgeting, financial reporting, inspections, and community relations. Lead healthcare and administrative teams, implement policies, address resident and family concerns, manage resources, and ensure the facility meets state and federal long-term care standards.

Provide licensed hair care and beauty services to elderly residents in a skilled nursing facility, including haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, beard grooming, and other permitted services. Manage appointments independently, supply necessary equipment and products, maintain sanitary work areas, and demonstrate compassion when serving residents with physical or cognitive limitations.
