Assist the Director of Nursing to oversee nursing operations, supervise and train staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage resident care and clinical oversight, participate in quality improvement, and coordinate with other departments to deliver high-quality patient/resident care.

Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents or patients according to menus and dietary guidelines, ensure dietary compliance and portion control, maintain kitchen and dining sanitation, restock supplies, interact courteously with residents and families, and collaborate with dietary staff to support safe, timely meal service.
