Manage students' IEPs by coordinating IEP team members, scheduling and facilitating meetings, ensuring compliance and due process, collecting and reporting progress data, and providing direct instruction and behavior support in a 7th-12th special education resource room.

Provide direct support to students on the autism spectrum in a school transition program: assist at job sites, transport students in school vans, work day shifts (7:45–4:15), collaborate with staff, and support student learning and independence. 9-month position with summers off.

Serve as connector and advocate for a caseload (up to 17) of middle or high school students with autism or learning differences. Manage IEP-related paperwork, coordinate with families and teams, problem-solve student needs, and collaborate with staff. Do not provide classroom teaching; receive due process days to complete documentation and support extended school year opportunities.
