Manages daily operations and sales for a firefighter PPE cleaning and repair facility. Oversees service delivery, customer satisfaction, NFPA compliance, pickup and delivery schedules, staffing, financials, equipment and computer systems. Leads safety training and audits, improves workflow, maintains procedures, resolves customer issues, and supports sales planning. The role requires flexibility, occasional overtime, strong communication, customer service, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus experience in computerized warehouse, industrial laundry, or product maintenance environments.

Develop and manage demand forecasts for the Uniforms category using statistical models, S&OP processes, and cross-functional inputs. Monitor forecast performance, conduct root-cause analysis, optimize inventory, and drive continuous improvement in planning systems and processes while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain.

Reads incoming orders, selects products from the warehouse, stages products for delivery, and ensures orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently. Performs general duties, supports other departments as needed, and maintains housekeeping standards. Requires basic reading, writing, math, and computer skills, along with the ability to multitask, take initiative, and make sound decisions within the role’s scope.

Support TotalCare sales through proactive outreach, bid management, CRM tracking, proposal preparation, customer intelligence gathering, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting to grow service contracts and renewals.

Supervise daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards; coach and evaluate staff; enforce safety and policies; manage timecards, documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare technically and commercially sound quotations and proposals for firefighting training solutions. Provide commercial and technical support to sales, qualify leads, develop commercial models, manage tender processes, coordinate with Engineering, Project Management and Operations, and ensure smooth project handovers while maintaining customer focus.

Separate and read job cards; lay out coat and pant models; bundle pieces in required sequence and apply stickers; identify fabrics and follow quality standards. Perform physically demanding tasks including standing long shifts, repetitive hand motions, bending, balancing, and light lifting.

Drive national revenue for TotalCare services by providing technical product expertise, managing key accounts, supporting RFP/ITB responses, liaising with operations and product teams, leading two direct reports, participating in trade events, and ensuring CRM-managed sales activity and customer satisfaction.
