Drive national revenue for TotalCare services by providing technical product expertise, managing key accounts, supporting RFP/ITB responses, liaising with operations and product teams, leading two direct reports, participating in trade events, and ensuring CRM-managed sales activity and customer satisfaction.

Perform warehouse duties including operating a forklift (training provided), using handheld scanners to receive and track inventory, unloading trucks, and stocking shelves. Work as part of a team with attention to detail to maintain accurate inventory and organized stock.

Lead global sourcing strategies for fabrics, trims, and materials for technical apparel and PPE. Manage supplier selection, qualification, negotiations, and agreements. Build cost models, drive cost savings, mitigate supply risks, coordinate logistics and Incoterms, track KPIs, and support sustainability and compliance while partnering with product, quality, operations, planning, and finance.
