Plans and maintains manufacturing schedules based on customer demand, capacity, labor, materials, and inventory. Coordinates with production, quality, warehouse, sales, customer service, maintenance, and supply chain teams to support on-time delivery. Manages MRO procurement, purchase orders, reorder points, safety stock, supplier lead times, and inventory optimization. Communicates schedule changes, capacity risks, material constraints, and production impacts across the organization.

Processes uniform orders accurately and efficiently, validates pricing, SKUs, contractual requirements, and shipping details, and resolves order issues with customers, dealers, sales, customer service, and distribution teams. Maintains productivity and quality KPIs, prioritizes special handling, supports regional backlogs, assists with onboarding, updates documentation, participates in ISO audits, and identifies process improvements while providing professional order-related customer service.

Manages daily operations and sales for a firefighter PPE cleaning and repair facility. Oversees service delivery, customer satisfaction, NFPA compliance, pickup and delivery schedules, staffing, financials, equipment and computer systems. Leads safety training and audits, improves workflow, maintains procedures, resolves customer issues, and supports sales planning. The role requires flexibility, occasional overtime, strong communication, customer service, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, plus experience in computerized warehouse, industrial laundry, or product maintenance environments.
