Provide Tier 1 inbound support by phone, chat, and email for Linxup devices (GPS, dash cams). Troubleshoot technical issues, document interactions, retain and upsell customers, de-escalate calls, and educate customers to prevent repeat issues.

Own the roadmap for Linxup’s public API, partner integrations, device telemetry, firmware management, and selected web and mobile product initiatives. Define requirements, prioritize backlogs, collaborate with engineering and QA, support agile ceremonies, work with technical customers and partners, and make product tradeoffs. The role requires hands-on technical fluency with APIs, SQL, device data, logs, cloud systems, and connected hardware.

Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities via high-volume calling and email. Research accounts, identify decision makers, set qualified meetings for account executives, meet monthly quotas, and maintain prospect database.

Manage a book of customers to drive adoption, onboarding, retention and growth of Linxup telematics solutions. Build consultative relationships, monitor customer health, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate cross-functionally, respond to inquiries, provide training and advocate for clients to improve satisfaction and referrals.
