Manage and grow existing SaaS accounts by mapping customer goals to Linxup solutions, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, monitoring usage and health metrics, building consultative relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering proactive, empathetic customer outreach to drive expansion revenue and engagement.
