Qualify inbound leads and generate outbound opportunities via high-volume calling and email. Research accounts, identify decision makers, set qualified meetings for account executives, meet monthly quotas, and maintain prospect database.

Provide Tier 1 inbound support by phone, chat, and email for Linxup devices (GPS, dash cams). Troubleshoot technical issues, document interactions, retain and upsell customers, de-escalate calls, and educate customers to prevent repeat issues.

Perform day-to-day accounts receivable tasks: process and reconcile credit card/ACH/check payments, apply deposits, handle chargebacks and credits, manage sales tax exemption certificates, contact customers on past-due accounts, assist with collections and audits, and support AR process improvements.
