Inspect and test materials and products for defects, document and resolve customer complaints, lead corrective actions and quality reports, implement QMS frameworks (QRQC, IQC, CQM, PPS), oversee vendor qualification, and drive continuous improvement across teams.

Lead and implement site EHS programs, ensure legal compliance and ISO 9001/14001/45001 implementation, run inspections, drills and audits, develop safety improvement roadmaps, provide EHS training, manage workplace safety/security, and report safety metrics and incidents.

Lead and coordinate project stakeholders, manage change, and ensure successful project execution. Provide regular status reporting, identify process and reporting improvement opportunities, and occasionally act as a methodologies subject-matter expert.
