Support and run nursing simulation labs by preparing environments, operating audiovisual and manikin systems, troubleshooting technology, managing inventory and schedules, training faculty, producing/editing videos, and assisting program development and outreach.

Provides campus security, patrol, incident response, emergency support, access control, and safety enforcement while assisting with facilities operations. Responsibilities include visitor services, room scheduling, mail and deliveries, keys and identification cards, work orders, event setup, campus upkeep, snow and ice removal, reporting, and coordination with emergency responders. The role requires customer service, de-escalation, administrative organization, physical activity, and occasional schedule adjustments.

Administers Alma, Primo, integrations, authentication, discovery, and electronic-resource infrastructure. Manages e-resource activation, renewals, licensing, holdings, accessibility, vendors, usage analysis, and troubleshooting. Provides research consultations, information-literacy instruction, and academic liaison services. Collaborates on collections management, metadata workflows, accessibility initiatives, governance, scholarship, and library committees.

Provide campus safety and security through patrols, incident response, reporting, investigations, crowd and traffic control, and emergency first aid. Enforce university policies and state laws, secure buildings, maintain logs and evidence, cooperate with police and fire departments, and perform fire/life-safety and accident prevention duties as assigned.

Patrol campus by vehicle, foot, or bicycle; respond to incidents and emergencies; enforce university policies and parking rules; conduct investigations and document incidents; assist with crowd/traffic control and collaborate with campus departments and emergency services to maintain a safe environment.

Lead Slate CRM administration and strategy for undergraduate enrollment. Configure workflows, manage integrations (Ellucian Colleague), ensure data integrity, build reports/dashboards, optimize admissions processes, train users, and lead cross-functional CRM projects to support enrollment goals.

Full-time faculty position teaching pre-licensure nursing courses within a concept-based curriculum; deliver classroom and simulation instruction, supervise clinical experiences, advise students, participate in curriculum development, assessment, and service to the School of Nursing.

Manage and maintain enrollment systems and student data across Slate CRM, Ellucian Colleague, and other platforms; process and audit application materials; run queries and reports; support integrations, data quality, communications, and daily admission operations including front-desk and peak-period coverage.

Lead integrated marketing strategy and a multidisciplinary team to drive enrollment, brand awareness, paid media, digital and website strategy, content, social, analytics, and marketing operations. Develop campaigns, manage budgets and agency relationships, optimize ROI, report performance, and collaborate across campus to support enrollment, advancement, academics, athletics, and institutional priorities.

Lead recruitment and enrollment for all nursing programs, develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, manage prospective student pipelines, oversee communications and marketing with Slate CRM and NursingCAS, supervise admissions staff, coordinate with campus partners, manage budgets, analyze enrollment data, and represent the school at outreach events. Requires periodic travel, evening/weekend work, and occasional lifting for events.
