Manages the university’s employee benefits and retirement programs, including enrollment, compliance, audits, reconciliations, vendor relationships, employee support, data analysis, communications, and continuous process improvement. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, brokers, carriers, and administrators to ensure accurate benefits administration, regulatory compliance, financial integrity, and effective plan strategy. Supports 403(b) governance and benefit education initiatives.

Manages approximately 200 donor prospects through qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, primarily for $1,000–$10,000 gifts. Develops fundraising strategies, maintains Salesforce records, collaborates with university faculty and staff, coordinates special fundraising projects, prepares stewardship plans, and reports progress toward annual giving goals. The role requires frequent travel, occasional evening and weekend work, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and discretion with confidential donor information.

Leads Linfield University’s annual giving program by developing multichannel fundraising campaigns, donor acquisition and retention strategies, stewardship initiatives, and data-driven fundraising analysis. Builds relationships with alumni, parents, corporations, foundations, and other supporters while coordinating with University Advancement and campus partners. Supervises the Assistant Director and student employees, manages fundraising technology and donor data, evaluates campaign performance, and represents the university at events.

Lead recruitment and enrollment for all nursing programs, develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, manage prospective student pipelines, oversee communications and marketing with Slate CRM and NursingCAS, supervise admissions staff, coordinate with campus partners, manage budgets, analyze enrollment data, and represent the school at outreach events.
