Leads Linfield University's Center for Career and Life Design, developing employer and industry partnerships, expanding internship and employment pipelines, supporting student and alumni career development, and collaborating with academic programs. Supervises two staff members, oversees budgets and operations, leads career programming and events, tracks outcomes, and aligns career readiness initiatives with University goals and NACE competencies.

Leads daily financial aid office operations, supervises counselors, manages student awards, evaluates professional judgment requests, determines SAP, and processes Return of Title IV calculations. Supports audits, reconciliations, compliance, policy development, scholarship awarding, communications, and student service. Requires knowledge of federal and state financial aid regulations, strong leadership and organizational skills, technology proficiency, and occasional evening or weekend availability.

Manages the university’s employee benefits and retirement programs, including enrollment, compliance, audits, reconciliations, vendor relationships, employee support, data analysis, communications, and continuous process improvement. Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, brokers, carriers, and administrators to ensure accurate benefits administration, regulatory compliance, financial integrity, and effective plan strategy. Supports 403(b) governance and benefit education initiatives.
