Support and run nursing simulation labs by preparing environments, operating audiovisual and manikin systems, troubleshooting technology, managing inventory and schedules, training faculty, producing/editing videos, and assisting program development and outreach.

Provides campus security, patrol, incident response, emergency support, access control, and safety enforcement while assisting with facilities operations. Responsibilities include visitor services, room scheduling, mail and deliveries, keys and identification cards, work orders, event setup, campus upkeep, snow and ice removal, reporting, and coordination with emergency responders. The role requires customer service, de-escalation, administrative organization, physical activity, and occasional schedule adjustments.

Administers Alma, Primo, integrations, authentication, discovery, and electronic-resource infrastructure. Manages e-resource activation, renewals, licensing, holdings, accessibility, vendors, usage analysis, and troubleshooting. Provides research consultations, information-literacy instruction, and academic liaison services. Collaborates on collections management, metadata workflows, accessibility initiatives, governance, scholarship, and library committees.
