Manages site-level accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, check runs, accrual support, customer billing, cash application, collections support, sales tax compliance, and vendor and customer communications. Ensures accurate financial records, timely payments and invoicing, discrepancy resolution, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while coordinating with project and corporate accounting teams.

Oversee concrete construction projects from award through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, customers, documentation, risks, quality, safety, and profitability. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, review contracts and construction documents, manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders, prepare forecasts and reports, and drive continuous improvements in project execution.
