Drive revenue growth through outside sales and business development for precast concrete products. Responsibilities include generating new opportunities, expanding into industries such as energy and transportation, managing customer relationships, positioning solutions, gathering market feedback, negotiating contracts, and closing orders. The representative will collaborate with operations to deliver strong customer experiences and encourage repeat business.

Supports corporate accounting through journal entries, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations, month-end reporting, variance analysis, general ledger reviews, audit support, and accounting process improvements. Works with the Assistant Controller to ensure accurate and complete financial records across the organization.

Oversees corporate accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, consolidations, audits, tax filings, collections, cash disbursements, and accounting staff. Establishes standardized processes, internal controls, and accounting policies compliant with U.S. GAAP while supporting the Controller and maintaining organizational financial integrity.

Manages and grows a Central Florida territory for precast concrete products. Responsibilities include prospecting, visiting jobsites, building relationships with contractors and municipal stakeholders, identifying projects, supporting product selection and pricing, tracking opportunities, maintaining a sales pipeline, and achieving revenue goals. The role requires extensive field travel Tuesday through Friday, occasional overnight stays, customer meetings, and collaboration with estimating, project management, production, and dispatch teams.

Leads full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, onboarding, stay interviews, employee relations, and HR support across multiple locations in Colorado, Florida, and North Carolina. Ensures consistent policy application, employment-law compliance, documentation, audit readiness, and risk mitigation while partnering with operations leaders and the VP of Human Resources.

Manages site-level accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, check runs, accrual support, customer billing, cash application, collections support, sales tax compliance, and vendor and customer communications. Ensures accurate financial records, timely payments and invoicing, discrepancy resolution, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while coordinating with project and corporate accounting teams.
