Lead safe, efficient, and profitable operations at a precast concrete manufacturing plant. Oversee production scheduling, quality, safety, maintenance, inventory, workforce development, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NPCA, ACI, and company standards while meeting customer delivery commitments. Manage supervisors and plant employees, control labor and overtime costs, respond to disruptions, analyze performance metrics, and implement lean, 5S, and corrective-action initiatives.

Prepares and revises CAD layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches, and production designs using AutoCAD. Checks dimensions, tolerances, materials, clearances, and part relationships; maintains drawing files and standards; communicates revisions with fabrication, QA, engineering, and manufacturing teams; researches applicable design standards; and supports project managers with submittal information and drawing improvements.

Leads full-cycle recruiting, workforce planning, onboarding, stay interviews, employee relations, and HR support across multiple locations in Colorado, Florida, and North Carolina. Ensures consistent policy application, employment-law compliance, documentation, audit readiness, and risk mitigation while partnering with operations leaders and the VP of Human Resources.
