Support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, HRIS recordkeeping (BambooHR), employee inquiries, documentation, HR reporting and compliance, tracking leaves and HR transactions, and contributing to HR projects and engagement initiatives.

Lead bidding, planning, coordination, and delivery of commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects. Manage project teams, client relationships, schedules, budgets, quality, safety compliance, subcontractors, procurement, and billing to ensure timely, on-budget completion.

Support the Senior Project Manager by performing technical and administrative tasks: coordinate with site superintendents, clients, consultants and subcontractors; manage document control and information flow; prepare tenders; maintain schedules; ensure current construction documents are used; plan material procurement to avoid delays.

Lead and manage the Cape Breton Regional Hospital construction project: plan, coordinate, and control schedule, cost, quality and safety; maintain client communication; manage billing and holdbacks; provide leadership to project team and collaborate with other teams.
